About Me

ABOUT ME

I believe lasting health transformation is about so much more than simply knowing what to eat.

For over a decade, I’ve helped people improve their health through nutrition, and along the way I discovered something important: while nutrition is foundational, it isn’t the whole solution.

I became increasingly interested in why we can genuinely want to change—and even know what we want to do —yet still find ourselves repeating the same patterns. That curiosity led me beyond nutrition and deeper into the connection between the body, brain, behavior and identity.

Today, my work brings these worlds together.

My passion is helping people understand what may actually be keeping them stuck—and addressing those factors at a deeper level. By combining evidence-based nutrition with brain-based approaches, I help clients nourish their bodies, regulate stress, rewire the patterns and identity that no longer serve them, and create sustainable changes that feel aligned with who they are and where they want to go.

Because the goal isn’t just to create healthier habits. It’s to create a life that nourishes you—from the inside out.

PROFESSIONAL BIO

Brett Sorel, MS, RDN, LDN, CHt graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and earned her Master’s Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University, graduating at the top of her class.

After over a decade of working as a Registered Dietitian and helping clients improve their health through nutrition, Brett began to recognize that lasting wellness requires more than food alone. While nutrition is foundational, she discovered that true transformation also requires addressing the emotional, behavioral, and subconscious patterns that influence our choices and our health.

This realization led Brett to pursue advanced training in neuroscience-based and mind-body approaches, including Hypnotherapy and BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy), to better support the deeper patterns that can make lasting change difficult.

Today, Brett combines her expertise in integrative nutrition, psychology, and brain-based behavior change to help clients address the physical, emotional, and behavioral factors that may be keeping them stuck—and create meaningful, sustainable health changes from the inside out.
